It all starts with developing the ability to love YOU in all the fullness of what you bring to the world.
But no one ever taught us how to do this. They taught us how to be humble, how to be pleasant, how to get along with others...but how to embrace and celebrate the fullness of us? Nope.
They didn't know how either.
Self-Love isn't just one thing, which is why it can be confusing sometimes to pin down. What you call self-love might not be what I call self-love. It really comes from a combination of skills you can build that blend together and raise the bar for how you experience yourself and your life.
In Luminosa Self-Love Camp we create a beautiful and nuanced dance of what it means to embrace, trust, express, and love ourselves.
Think of your best friend. How do you love her? That's what we're after, being the very best friend to ourselves that we can be so we SUPPORT and CELEBRATE ourselves and what we bring to the world.
If you've never attended one of the Luminosa Camps, you're in for a special treat. In these online programs, we interact with new concepts and ideas in a really powerful way -- by drawing them!
Don't worry if you have no art skills -- I will literally walk you through each and every mark on the page. And we're talking stick figures here, my friends. I figure out how to draw things by looking up things like "How to draw a simple paper airplane," and then I show you how.
Why do we draw?
- It's playful and creative and sets something loose in us, helping us more freely express ourselves.
- Drawings help us visualize what we're talking about. When we put concepts into simple easy-to-follow drawings, we map the information in our brain in multiple ways, helping us integrate the material at a more impactful level.
- Since our brains think in pictures, our drawings help us remember what we're learning about so we can more easily apply it when something comes up in our lives.
- It's fun! I love to make learning fun!

Luminosa Self-Love Camp happens online so you can be in the comfort of your home while you play. You'll see what I'm drawing so you can draw while I lead you to profound insights and inner knowings.

When:
February 27 - March 3 at noon ET
There are 5 one hour modules (called Playshops) over these 5 days. You can catch each LIVE or watch the replays. You'll have ongoing access.
Where:
Private Facebook group via Facebook LIVEs. You'll receive the link to join the group in your welcome email.
What you'll need:
- A sketchbook (but no art skills necessary)
- Pencil
- Pens
- Some form of color to add to your drawings if you'd like to, such as colored pencils, markers, or watercolor paints.
- An open mind and heart
- Your playful spirit.
