This is not a "how to do self-care workshop" (though that's important too!). This goes way beyond that. 

I'm going to show you how to love yourself in a way that no one yet has ever taught you...a way to look past the things you think define you to a truer truth that lies beyond. I'm going to show you the you that you can't imagine NOT loving and set you free to love her forever.
