These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, digital products,
memberships, masterminds, live events, courses, and coaching programs (collectively, the
"Programs") provided by The New Brave, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By checking the
box on our checkout page, making a purchase, or using our Programs, you ("Customer", "You", or
"Your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using our websites and Programs, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or an emancipated minor) and are fully able, competent, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract and complying with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all content, materials, and services available on our websites and in our membership sites, masterminds, courses, live events, private Facebook groups, forums, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials provided by the Company are
protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly
authorized in writing by the Company, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute,
copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works
from such materials or content.
5. Communications
By submitting your information on this web site, you agree to receive newsletters, promotional materials, and/or other information COMPANY may send. You can opt-out of receiving these communications from COMPANY at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or following the simple instructions provided in any email that COMPANY sends. For more details on these communications, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. Purchases
If you purchase any product or service made available through this web site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, such as your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information.
By submitting such information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any purchase; and that the information being submitted to COMPANY is accurate and complete.
COMPANY may use third party services to help facilitate payments and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant COMPANY the right to provide information to these third parties subject to COMPANY's Privacy Policy.
COMPANY reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order in the event that a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is suspected.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By submitting your
payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate and complete.
7.2 Payment Plans and Recurring Billing
If you purchase a subscription, membership, or payment plan, you agree to recurring billing. As
required by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising Standards and applicable consumer laws: Price & Billing Interval: The exact price and billing frequency (e.g., monthly, annually) will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase. Unchecked Opt-In: You must actively consent to these Terms and the recurring billing
conditions by checking an unchecked box at checkout.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel recurring memberships by sending a cancellation request to
ellie@thenewbrave.com at least 5 days before your next scheduled payment.
7.4 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, your access to the Program(s) may be immediately suspended until
the outstanding balance is paid in full. You remain fully responsible for completing all payments
agreed upon at checkout, regardless of whether you continue to use the Program.
7.5 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes based on your location.
Taxes will be collected at checkout where required by law.
7.6 Chargebacks and Disputes
We request that you contact us at ellie@thenewbrave.com to resolve any billing issues before
initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks or
payment disputes may result in immediate termination of your access to all Company Programs
and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount and associated fees.
8. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our Programs and offer the following refund policies based on the
type of product purchased:
- Digital Products and Courses: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied within the first 30 days, simply send a refund request to
support@thenewbrave.com. - Live Events (Multi-Day): You may request a refund no later than the end of the 1st day of
the event. - Live Events (Single-Day): You may request a refund no later than the lunch period of the
event date. - 1:1 Coaching and Masterminds: There are NO refunds available for one-on-one coaching
or mastermind programs. All sales for these services are final.
9. Program Access and License
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own
personal, non-commercial use. Login sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not share your
username and password with others. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials
will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify without notice or liability, any portion of our web site and/or programs.
10. Educational and Coaching Disclaimer
Our Programs are for educational and informational purposes only. The Company does not
provide medical, legal, psychiatric, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should seek
independent professional advice before making important personal, business, or financial
decisions. Use of the information provided in our Programs is strictly at your own risk.
11. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
In compliance with FTC guidelines, we make no guarantees regarding income, financial
success, or specific business results. Your success depends entirely on your own effort,
background, commitment, and changing market forces. Any earnings examples, case studies, or
testimonials shared by the Company represent exceptional results and are not typical. You
should assume you will obtain no specific financial results from using our Programs.
12. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising Compliance
We comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Commerce Policies. We are committed to
transparency in our advertising:
- We do not use deceptive or misleading practices, nor do we make exaggerated claims
regarding health, wealth, or business success. - Disclaimers regarding typical results and earnings are prominently placed near advertising
claims and on our landing pages. - We utilize Meta pixels and tracking technologies to measure ad performance. Data collected
is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
"AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT OUR WEB SITES AND PROGRAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE CONTENT IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE,
OUR WEBSITES AND PROGRAMS. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER LIABILITY IS
BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS,
EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, COMPANY'S LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The New Brave, LLC, its employees,
contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including
reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your misuse of our websites, your violation of these
Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
16. Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to our
Programs, websites, and community groups without notice or liability, for any violation of these
Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property theft, inappropriate behavior towards other
members, or payment failures.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the
Programs shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Massachusetts, administered by
the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between the Company and you individually. You may not participate as a class representative or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
19. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our websites and Programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to
these Terms, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in our
Privacy Policy.
20. Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance
By providing your email address, you agree to receive administrative and promotional emails from
the Company. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may opt out of promotional emails at any
time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.
21. SMS / TCPA Compliance
If you provide your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated promotional and
informational text messages from The New Brave, LLC. Consent to receive SMS messages is not
a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any
time by replying "STOP" to any message.

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your
convenience. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy
policies, or practices. From time to time, we may participate in affiliate marketing and may receive
a commission if you purchase products through our affiliate links.
23. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts
of God, government regulations, strikes, war, internet outages, or other unforeseeable
emergencies.
24. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be
effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the websites and
Programs following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
25. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The
New Brave, LLC regarding your use of the websites and Programs. If any provision of these
Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum
extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

CHECKOUT, OR ACCESSING OUR PROGRAMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE
READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
