I want you guys to be able to move quickly, those of you who are going to come to the retreat, because there's a special right now in the hotel rooms, which is actually an even better rate than I could get by blocking rooms. And I don't know how long that special is going to be going on. And it's like, like, 229 a room.

The seating is going to be really limited, it's going to be 30 people, then the retreat is going to be October 18 to the 20th.

And the early bird price on that is going to be $1,500. And then the regular price is going to be 100 or 200. More than that, I haven't decided on the regular price. And then you'll need to purchase two nights in the hotel. And so the hotel is at the moment 229 I think I think hopefully the special is still there. That's 229 plus the resort fee of 10 or $15. This is a fancy place you guys that we're going it is a beautiful, I mean it is a beautiful hotel, it is literally right on the beach, right on the beach, old silver beach in Falmouth, Massachusetts. It's a handy location because it's not deep, deep on to the Cape it's relatively relatively short distance from the mainland on to get to Falmouth. And, yeah, it's gonna be a really beautiful weekend. They haven't decided the name of it yet. But the theme is going to be joy and light. It's like the light in you the joy in you.  There's just this is gonna be so fun. And it would be amazing to get to hug you in person. And then the other thing that I have coming up is the retreat. So this is called the joy and light retreat. It's at the secret beach hotel. It's a beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach and Falmouth, Massachusetts, right on Cape Cod. This is a hotel that we did an event at before COVID. It was already beautiful. And now they've refurbished it, it's going to be even more stunning. The event room that we're going to be having our time in is like these beautiful windows looking great out to the ocean. There's a pool, there's multiple restaurants at this place. There's the beach, there's all of the things. It's going to be August 18 to the 20th and is currently an early bird for $1,500. It starts Friday night at six o'clock and Sunday at four o'clock all your meals are taken care of except for Saturday night where I figure people might want to be free to go to different places and do different things. And so it's on earlybird right now, and there are special offers all the time on the hotel rooms. I believe the one special ended yesterday, but I think there's likely another special that's coming in right away.
